FISHMASTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices. If the price of Fishmaster fishing trip has been presented in more than one currency, the first is the one which counts. The second price in another currency is presented only to estimate the price of the trip approximately and varies daily according to exchange rates. Fishmaster takes the right to rise prices in case if the money exchange rates radically change before the final payment.
Bookings. Fishmaster fishing trips can be booked by phone, by e-mail, by website contact form or by web shop. When you book Fishmaster trip, please give us the name of destination, desired dates and every joining person's full contact details: Name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
Deposit. Deposit fee is 30% of total price for Fishmaster trips in Scandinavia and Scotland and 50 % for trips to other destinations. A booking confirmation and an invoice for payment will be forwarded with the deposit due 30 days. The payment can easily be made via wire transfer to Fishmaster bank account.
Balance. Balance fee is 70% of total price for Fishmaster trips in Scandinavia and Scotland and 50 % for trips to other destinations and it has to be paid entirely 60 days before the trip. Balance of 70 % of total price in Norway salmon fishing trips has to be paid before the first of March. If Norway salmon fishing trip will be booked after the first of March, the whole price has to be paid within 14 days of booking. An invoice for balance payment will be forwarded and payment can easily be made via wire transfer to Fishmaster bank account.
Payments with Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. Paytrail Oyj acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. Netbanks. Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.
Cancellation by customer. Deposit is refundable, less a fee of 100 eur office fee per person if written cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to balance date (Gaula balance date is 1st March). If flight tickects are included in price, deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to balance date (Gaula balance date is 1st March), deposits will not refunded. If cancellation is received after the balance due date, payments are non-refundable. If balance payment hasn't been received by invoice due date the booking will be automatically cancelled and deposit will not be refunded. We recommend travel insurance that covers customers costs in case of cancellation. If the reason for the fishing trip cancellation is a refusal of entry or other governmental order, tour operator will not pay any refund or compensation.
Cancellation by Fishmaster. Serious illness of Fishmaster travel host or fishing guide may cause a cancellation of the trip. Also if there will not be enough participants for the trip, it can be cancelled. In these rare cases all payments will be refunded.
Responsibility. Fishmaster is not responsible for extreme weather conditions, lost luggage, lost or damaged fishing tackle or illnesses of participants. Baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the traveling client at all times. Fishmaster will not be responsible for, and will not issue refunds or credits for the following: early departure by customer's choice; fishing cancelled as a result of inclement weather.
Insurances. Fishmaster is not responsible for the insurances of participants. Everyone should take his/her own travel insurance well before trip starts. Travel insurance should cover all possible medical treatments, medicines and lost, delayed or damaged luggage and fishing equipment. Travel insurance should cover customers costs in case of cancellation.
