Another excellent August fishing week on the Gaula River in Norway. Total of 25 salmon and several seatrout were caught at our Gaula Flyfishing Lodge beats. Three biggest salmon caught and released during the week were 106 cm/11,8 kg, 103 cm/11 kg and 102 cm/10,5 kg. Heavy rain on Friday night raised the water level to 440 cubics on Saturday morning. The last week of the Gaula season 2018 will become very interesting.
